Competitions
National League:
Following promotion from Division 4 after our first year in the National League, last season the club's A team narrowly missed out on a play-off spot for National Divison 2, finishing 3rd to Cherwell A and Avon B. While Cherwell A, last years relegation entry, had dominated the divison, there was a matter of 2 goals separating Avon and Cardiff.
Welsh League:
Both club teams have been competing in the Welsh League for the last 4 years. In 2009 and 2010 the A team were crowned Champions of the league. This year Cardiff A came 2nd to Aberfan B, a team which we had beaten and drawn with during the league. The B teams fortunes reflected those of the A team in the National League, finishing third, missing out on promotion only by goal difference.
Forthcoming Competitions:
The National League and South West Regional commence in October and the Welsh League begins later in the year. The dates for the first two leagues are in the Google Calender in the side bar.
